Sometimes I’m asked to solve technical problems for customers onsite and sometimes at the WPS offices. When I arrive at a customer’s site and find that they are experiencing other types of problems, I make a point of solving those as well.
In our department, we’re always looking for the highest quality of service and go the extra mile for our clients. We’re not happy unless our clients are, and if a customer asks us for something new, we actively try to find ways to translate their request into a workable product.”
